Sustainability is the only possible path to the industry’s future, especially for one that produces natural resources such as O&G.

Even if other industries are also responsible for operating with best practices within their value chain, reducing GHG emissions and waste, and minimizing environmental and social risks, few have such high interactions with their ecosystems as O&G.

This is why SPE Brazil Section is organizing the second edition of the Sustainability Symposium, to take place in Rio de Janeiro from April 15th to 16th, 2025. This event will unite main industry players to discuss the main challenges in sustainability, with a focus on decarbonization, CCUS and just energy transition.
