Subsea Forum Rio 2016
Apresentação
Offshore production outlook in the oil and gas global industry has undergone major changes, mainly driven by the fall in oil prices, the pressure to lower operational costs and investments, and the increasing demand for revitalization and decommissioning of offshore production systems.
In this scenario, the IBP – Brazilian Institute of Oil and Gas, in partnership with Brazil and Macaé sections of the “Society of Petroleum Engineers” – SPE, are going to held once again in Brazil the Subsea Forum Rio, with the theme “Breaking New Records” in reference to the challenge of cost efficient scale production for large deepwater oil reserves.
In its third edition, the forum, held every two years, becomes an opportunity for users and national and international experts to share experiences and promote new initiatives that will bring benefits to the subsea segment.
